Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment has been received and cleared. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
  • Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location order size and carrier rates.
  • For wholesale bulk or commercial orders freight is charged at cost. A pallet handling fee may apply where applicable.
  • Protect Group reserves the right to provide a separate freight quotation for large or non-standard shipments prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Western Australia: one to three business days
  • Interstate metropolitan areas: three to seven business days
  • Regional or remote areas: five to ten business days or longer
  • New Zealand: seven to fourteen business days

Delivery timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch and Carriers

  • Orders are dispatched using third party courier and freight providers selected at the discretion of Protect Group.
  • Tracking details will be provided where available. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
  • Provide details and where possible images of the issue

Authority to Leave

  • Where Authority to Leave is selected the customer authorises the carrier to leave the goods at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.
  • Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier Protect Group is not responsible for loss theft or damage occurring after delivery.

Risk and Title

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
  • Title in the goods does not pass until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Protect Group is not responsible for delays non-delivery or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or redirection.

Damaged Lost or Delayed Goods

  • If goods are received damaged or are lost in transit the customer must notify Protect Group within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Protect Group will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine an appropriate remedy.
  • Nothing in this policy excludes restricts or modifies any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

  • Protect Group currently ships to New Zealand.
  • For other international destinations customers must contact Protect Group prior to placing an order.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Delays Outside Control

Protect Group is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control including but not limited to carrier disruptions weather events industrial action or supply chain interruptions.

Right to Refuse or Suspend Shipment

Protect Group reserves the right to refuse delay or suspend shipment where:

  • payment has not been received or cleared
  • order verification is required
  • there is a suspected error in the order
  • there are reasonable concerns regarding fraud or misuse
